I found the hotel to be extremely comfortable and generously stocked. The only downside was the slightly delayed check-in at 2 pm, but overall a very comfortable stay with well-equipped rooms and limited amenities provided for the entire week. The service was mixed, from helpful assistance with cleanliness to a lack of concern for comfort with odd requests like disabling the smoke alarm. The location was fantastic, right in downtown Brisbane with convenient access to shopping and eateries. The dining experience was good, with close proximity to the central station and lovely restaurants around. Facilities were sufficient for a pleasant stay.
